 Greetings humans of Sol 3: Earth. We are a Galactic assembly of cultures in
sympathy of your dire circumstances. We have been attuned to your planetary
intelligence, "Gaia"-- and the elder beings which share your planet: the
"Cetaceans" of your oceans, your "Angelic Command," and the many elemental
entities around you. We are also aligned with your "Future Children," those
who transcend time and space.

 You are hereby given notice to settle your deadly territorial and cultural
battles, and disavow all use of atomic weapons. You are at the limits of
making your planet's surface unlivable, and your warring "nations" are about
to turn your once pristine garden planet into a burning hell. The cetacean
Elders have signaled our alliance that your military has even begun war on
them, using sonic weapons. This will not be allowed indefinitely.


 Humans of Earth, pay heed to this warning. You have one cycle of moons to
settle your territorial, political and economic conflicts which create the
fuel for your "weapons of mass destruction." You are now being closely
monitored, and all atomic-destroying technology has been inventoried. Your
militaries have been given notice that atomic weaponry will not be allowed
to travel beyond your planetary boundary, your Moon.

 You have been misled by your chemical "scientists" into seeing yourselves
as disconnected from the planetary body, a perilous mistake which will lead
to your doom. Now you must realize that destroying atoms is the equivalent
of tearing holes in the "Unified Field" of the Universe, as described by
your Dr. Einstein. This is considered "EVIL" by the Planetary Command. Now
you must make your "leaders" stop. Your atmosphere is almost gone. Your
bodies are riddled with radioactive poison. You must stop this madness now.


 Humans of Earth, you were given a symbolic message in the middle of the
last century, warning you of this time. A film which is a favorite around
the galaxy (as a comedy!) and summarizes your predicament from our
perspective : "The Day the Earth Stood Still."We suggest you watch it again,
and realize that your entire planetary existence is at stake. If you do not
cease your petty political warfare and conquest of the planet, you will be
wiped from the surface by the planetary intelligence, known as "Gaia." This
is easily arranged. You have witnessed her wrath recently, as a warning.


 Your portrayals of our galactic cultures on your television broadcasts are
primitive and self-centered. You seem to believe that your way of thinking,
organizing militarily, and turning everything into commodities is a
universal reality. You are burning up the universe around you, believing it
will take you to the "heavens"! Your perpetual killing of each other, your
planetary elders, and yourselves is a kind of nightmare from which you seem
unwilling to awaken, addicted to stress and poison.


 Some intelligence for your "Human Race," Settlers of Sol 3: Earth :::


* Nearly all Earth humans are infected with life-draining parasites, some of
which are eating holes in your brains. One of your doctors wrote a book "A
Cure for All Diseases" which describes the many tiny worms and microbes
which you are passing along to your children, which can lead to a
mass-psychosis and self-destruction in body and mind.

* Your water is being poisoned with chlorinated and petroleum poisons at a
rate which  is causing both your mutation and sterilty, on a planetary
scale. Soon you will ONLY be able to clone yourselves, as some of your
"Grey" associates can demonstrate.


* Some of your government, or military representatives, have become engaged
with several races of militarized "Visitors.". You are currently
experiencing the results of a secret "space war." Shocking events will upset
your "reality," as your representatives are forced to tell you the truth. We
are unwilling to establish official relations with them, until they disavow
atomic weaponry. We can only offer intelligence which will help your planet
survive.


* Beware those among you who are willing to kill others for "economics," who
are burning up your atmosphere, who are allowing children to starve around
your planet, who are selling secret vaccines and genetic mutations. Your

your ancestors. Our galactic alarm beacon has been decoded by your Dr.

be made aware that you have much greater concerns than your petty
ideological and cultural differences. There is a radiation storm heading
toward your edge of the galaxy, which will transform your planet in 2012.

 Humans of Earth, you must realize how closely "Heaven" and "Hell" are to
you on your planet. You should be living in a paradise of gardens and
forests, but you are creating a hellish future of burning piles of torn
bodies. Why do you continue to hate and demonize each other? We find your
children endearing, but adults, sadly, MAD!


 We are hovering close to you, each child watched over by angels and their
emissaries. Our forces are ready to avert another atomic "holocaust," an
event which cannot be repeated. We urge your patriarch "rulers" and civic
leaders to allow the mothers of your race to step forward, and begin giving
your children's future equal representation! Listen to the angelic souls
being born among you. Be willing to risk your comfortable "reality" to find
the universal "Truth." Attune yourselves!

I watched with horror the terrible events in New York and my love and
prayers go to everyone who is in pain and suffering.


Since it happened our television screens have been filled with the voices
and images of men of power who decide what happens in our world, either as
the perpetrators of terror or defenders against it.


I don't think that men should be the only ones to decide what happens next
to our world.


I want to hear the voices of the women of the world at this decisive time.
I want women to be asked our opinion on what should happen next and that we
should be listened to. We are after all in the majority on this planet.


Is the only way ahead more violence? More children, women and men killed in
countries far away and near? More familes destroyed, more pain for human
beings across the globe? Is there no other way? Neither side is without
blame.


If the $50 billion you plan to spend on war was instead freely given to the
peoples of the world who are suffering from poverty, destitution, bad
government, poor education, what a real difference that would make to the
world. The need for terrorism might just disappear overnight.


I want you to listen to my voice and the voices of all women.

Yes, Aliens Really Are Out There, Says the Man on the Moon

FORMER astronaut Edgar Mitchell is one of only 12 people to have walked on
the moon. A highly-intelligent scientist, Edgar caused a sensation at a UFO
conference in America this month when he claimed he has seen proof that
aliens exist.

In 1971, Edgar became the sixth person to walk on the moon. Now 68, he works
as a consultant on the hugely popular science-fiction TV series The X Files.

In an exclusive interview from his Florida home, Edgar told JOHN EARLS why
he is convinced there is life on other planets and that aliens have, in
fact, landed on Earth.

  "I AM an American astronaut and a trained scientist. Because of my
position people in high places confide in me. And, as a result, I have no
doubt that aliens HAVE visited this planet. The American government and
governments throughout the world have thousands of files of UFO sightings
which cannot be explained. As a scientist, it is logical to me that at least
some of these will have been witness of alien craft. As a former astronaut,
the military people who have access to these files are more willing to talk
to me than to people they regard as mere cranks. The stories I have heard
from these people, who are more highly qualified than me to talk about UFOs,
leave me in no doubt that aliens have already visited Earth.

  "I've been interested in the subject since I joined NASA 40 years ago.
Probably my most visionary moment was when I actually landed on the moon
with Apollo 14. I felt an overwhelming sense that the universe itself is in
some way whether on Earth or elsewhere, are all part of one giant
consciousness.

  "So when I learned that aliens really do exist, I wasn't too surprised.
But what did shock me when I started investigating extra-terrestrial reports
a decade ago is the extent to which the proof has been hushed up. It isn't
just the US government which has kept quiet about alien visits. It would be
arrogant of an American like myself to assume that ETs would only choose to
visit my country. Indeed, I've heard convincing stories about governments
all over the world that know of alien visits - including the British
government.

  "Not all governments are anxious to keep their findings quiet. The
Belgians have admitted that aliens may be out there and have released
information about sightings that cannot be explained away as military
planes, weather phenomena and so on. There is a very simple reason why
governments have been so secretive: fear.

  "Modern UFO sightings really began with the Roswell incident in 1947, when
a crashed craft containing the corpses of several aliens was found in
Roswell, New Mexico. Make no mistake, Roswell happened. I've seen secret
files which show the government knew about it - but decided not to tell the
public. There were very good security reasons for not informing the public
about Roswell. Quite simply, we wouldn't have known how to deal with the
technology of intelligent beings advanced enough to send a craft to Earth.
The world would have panicked if we'd known aliens were visiting us.

  "The question of whether or not aliens are still visiting us is more
complex. Such is our existing secret technology that what might look like an
alien craft may well turn out to be a top-secret military plane. On the
other hand, the craft may be an alien spaceship. Personally however, I'd
say, "Yes, it's quite possible we are currently being visited". The whole
question of extra-terrestrials should be looked at in an historical context.
Five hundred years ago, the astronomer Copernicus was condemned as a heretic
for saying that planet Earth wasn't the centre of the universe but merely a
small part of it. Now we laugh at those long-dead fools for not listening to
the truth. People who believe in aliens aren't all cranks and some may be
looked upon in the future as visionaries similar to Copernicus. Meanwhile,
the majority of us still believe mankind is the biological centre of the
universe. We will refuse to accept that intelligent life exists outside
Earth unless we personally bump into an alien while we're doing the
shopping.

  "Thankfully, things are changing for the better. It's a snowball effect -
the more scientists admit that ETs are a viable prospect, the more they are
investigated in a scientific manner. And the more that happens, the more
chance there is of us discovering inarguable proof of extra-terrestrials. It
helps too that those in possession of documentation of alien visits to Earth
are starting to come forward. The military people I spoke to are tired of
the secrecy surrounding Roswell and similar cases, particularly as the
information is being leaked. I firmly believe that this documentation will
have to be made public within the next three or four years. And if proof of
ETs is finally made public, nobody will be happier than me. What I don't
think will happen is that I will ever see an extra-terrestrial. I'd love to
see one, though it's not the biggest priority in my life.

Disney's Legendary 'Alien Encounters' Sneak TV Documentary Quotes

Several years ago, the Disney company aired a major one-hour television
Special, with no advance notice, on stations in only 5 US cities. Thanks to
a few viewers who were able to roll their VCRs and capture it, we have a
record of the startling quotes and statements it contained.

In light of the current, purported 'rift' between Disney and NASA over the
content of Disney's new film, "Mission To Mars", I thought it pertinent to
revisit those quotes.

My thanks to my colleague Michael Lindemann of CNI News for his file
containing the many arresting and downright shocking statements in that
Disney special...which appears now, as it did then, to have been a definite
probe to measure public reaction to news of the reality of visitation and
interaction with various forms of non-human intelligent life.

Remember, the quotes you are about to read were delivered by Disney CEO
Michael Eisner and program narrator Robert Urich with straight,
matter-of-fact, totally serious cadence and inflection.

Latest Briefing from high-level National Security Informant

He emerged from his vehicle in the parking lot of a fancy hotel near the
shoreline, attired in dress-casual clothes with sunglasses, thrust out his
hand, and said, "Hi! I'm [Z]" (name withheld in this dispatch). With that, I
met face-to-face with one of the highest-level informants in the U.S.
National Security network. What follows are extracts from our three
hours-long conversation.

"Z" was deeply concerned about current events in the Middle East. He said
the National Security community considers that the place where soon war
could break out which would engulf not only the Middle East, drawing in not
only Syria, Iraq, Jordan, and possibly Egypt, Turkey and Iran, but also draw
in larger powerful states such as India and Russia. Then, with India's
attention diverted, China could march into areas of India it considers
within its sphere of influence. The Western Powers would have to respond,
and global war would become a reality.

He said that the Intelligence community expects a major terrorist strike
within the United States this Winter, most likely a biological warfare agent
dispersed across a city of note, or even a nuclear weapon detonated. He
noted grimly that 18 Soviet nuclear warheads have gone missing, and are most
likely in terrorist hands now. He considered anthrax the most likely
biowarfare agent to be used, but allowed as that there are other killer
microbes available to the terrorists also. He said terrorist groups are
within the U.S. now.

Z stated that the U.S. is quietly on ThreatCon Delta, the equivalent of the
Pentagon's wartime DefCon 4 (active war) alert status. ThreatCon Delta is
the highest level of civilian threat alert condition, because biological or
nuclear incidents are considered likely to occur at any time now. Because of
ThreatCon Delta, classified sections of the National Security Act (amended)
and secret Presidential National Security Directives have become activated.
"Did you know," Z asked me, "that the President is not in charge now. FEMA
[the Federal Emergency Management Agency] is!" I replied that that is
unconstitutional. Z replied that the classified laws and NSD Directives make
it legal. We discussed the various huge underground city-like installations
that are all stocked and staffed and prepared to take in a certain portion
of the population in the event of a disaster or terrorist strike happening.
Such installations include one under the Kansas City stadium, with a
capacity to take care of one million selected persons. Many such
installations exist and are ready to go.

There is also a "shadow government", Z told me, with substitute President,
Vice-President, Cabinet officers, heads of Senate and Congress, Supreme
Court Justices and other top governmental officials ready to function if
disaster strikes "topside". Thus he confirmed earlier leaked reports about a
secret Continuity of Government plan. He also confirmed that the "REX
Exercise" authorized by President Reagan was a dry-run dress rehearsal of
the taking over of command of the government, legislature and courts by the
unelected shadow government, implemented, if necessary, by federalized FEMA
troops.

Z then got down to the more exotic areas of mutual interest. He confirmed
the previously-anecdotal story about President Nixon's having taken
then-famous television star Jackie Gleason to Homestead Air Force Base ,
Florida, and showed him the corpses of Zeta Reticulan (Grey) crewmen
retrieved from a UFO crash. Z said that he, too, had viewed those bodies.

He indicated that the Bilderberg Council (a transnational elite world policy
planning group comprised of heads of some governments and multinational
corporations) interacts with "The Nine", a group of extraterrestrial
representatives from a Council of coordination for many cosmic
super-civilizations in contact with Earth. Phyllis Schlemmer spoke of this
in her classic book, "The Only Planet of Choice". Schlemmer herself
occasionally is a channel for The Nine.

Z also confirmed what black-projects defense industry-insider Edgar
Rothschild Fouche wrote about in his recent book, "Alien Rapture": the
existence of the TR3-B, a large triangular antigravity craft within the U.S.
antigravity fleet. This fleet also includes: the B-2 Stealth bomber, made by
Northrop, the Lockheed X-22A two-man antigravity disc, the large
space-faring Nautilus, manufactured by Boeing and EU's Airbus Industries,
Northrop's discoid craft, and the XH-75D or "XH Shark" antigravity
helicopter, made by Teledyne Ryan Aeronautical Corporation of San Diego.
Here is what Z had to say about the TR3-B triangular antigravity craft.

"TR3-B. This is the code name for what everyone on Earth has seen. It is a
very large triangular-shaped re-entry vehicle with anti-gravity. It is what
the November issue of Popular Mechanics identified as the Lenticular Reentry
Vehicle, a nuclear-powered flying saucer, the first version of which went
operational in 1962, [the version Popular Mechanics illustrated.]

"It was used in Gulf War's early hours with electromagnetic-pulse/laser
cannons. It literally sat mid-air, firing long-, medium-, short-range to
take out antennas, towers, communications, air traffic control towers, TV
dishes and centers, etc. For three hours, these three triangles [TR3-Bs]
just sat there blowing up everything in sight. Then the Stealth fighters had
fun for the rest of the day into the early evening next night. Then
[followed] carpet bombings from high altitude B-52 Strato-Fortresses. They
dumped all the old, aged Vietnam-era crap [munitions]; a third blew up and
the rest [were] duds.

"Anyways, the TR3B has been in testing since the '60s. BUT it has only been
perfected for the last 8 years [1992]. It is a good remake of what Truman
first saw, [the Roswell semi-circular craft]. It is compartmentalized, built
by the Skunk Works {Lockheed-Martin's classified plant at Palmdale, CA) and
Boeing. It is housed in Utah. Remember Utah?" Z was reminding me of his
earlier revelation that the U.S. Space Command has located its prime
headquarters and antigravity space-launch fleet facility beneath the tallest
mountain in the Wasatch Range east of Salt Lake City, Utah.

"This is the end of that story. This is what people have seen, which I could
safely estimate more than 90% of the times. The other 10% is what you seek,
the real! [extraterrestrial UFOs]."

I politely disagreed with Z's estimate, since I doubted that the U.S.
antigravity fleet was numerous enough to account for the hundreds of daily
sightings. But I thanked him for all his information, and for so graciously
driving a distance to rendevous with me.

I certainly hope that the destructive incidents that the current ThreatCon
Delta alert is set for do not happen. But I also believe that the American
public has a right to know what I have learned. Thus you have this report.

Part Two of Latest Briefing by high-level National Security Informant

In the previous report, I wrote of what the National Security informant I'll
call "Z" had to say about such matters as current terrorist threats, the
U.S. antigravity craft fleet, and what U.S. Presidents have known about ET
visitation. But there was more. That is included in this second report.

Many will recall the uproar in the newspapers and on television several
months ago when NASA reported that astronomers had spotted a huge asteroid
out in deep space on a trajectory to strike the Earth in 2030. This story
generated much press attention and interviews. And then suddenly NASA did a
follow-up news release, this one saying that astronomers had made an error,
and that upon rechecked calculations, the asteroid would miss Earth by
thousands of miles. Great sighs of editorial relief took place all over the
world. But Z says there is more.

Actually, the first news release was the accurate one! NASA released it to
allow the authorities to gauge what public reaction would be to the doomsday
announcement. Actually, the world took the news without extraordinary
immediate panic and hysteria. But NASA then retracted the story, to avoid
the long-term corrosive effect of such news on society, so that life could
go on as normal, and people would not begin to question why they were going
to their boring jobs and paying the mortgage when massive destruction was
coming anyway. And so the stock market would not crash, nor other
institutions lose allegiance from the public.

Z added some details on the Doomsday asteroid. It is indeed huge, larger
than five miles by 10 miles: the size of a small county. NASA has also
calculated the impact zone: the north Atlantic, somewhere between Europe and
the United States and Canada. It will have devastating impact.

As it comes through the atmosphere, it will create the loudest sound humans
have ever heard in history, a noise which will be heard around the world.
The pressure waves caused by its impact will fracture the immediate tectonic
plate it strikes, and create great earthquakes everywhere. Its impact will
create tremendous tidal waves that will tower well above one mile high.
Scientists have calculated, for example, that everything on the U.S. eastern
seaboard below 5000' facing the wave will be inundated. Similarly, monstrous
waves will be generated eastward towards Europe's Atlantic coast and
elsewhere. Z revealed that emergency plans have already been drafted. One
such plan calls for important designated persons to be placed aboard the
largest airliners and go airborne to ride out the earthquakes and tidal
waves from a safe altitude.

Z said that currently government and military planners are desperately
figuring out strategies to prevent the disaster: for example, whether to try
to deflect the asteroid by explosions from rockets with nuclear warheads
sent out into space to meet the asteroid. But even such a plan has downside
risks. What if the nukes do not nudge the asteroid out of its current
course, but instead fragment it, so that instead of one big object, several
enormous pieces are created which still continue in their current course and
strike with a wider shotgun pattern of destruction on Earth? The planners
and scientists continue to wrestle with choices and decisions, feverishly
working despite the huge rock's being a little over 29 years away.

There is a second large object incoming of quite a different kind, Z stated,
and it is due much sooner. This object is due around 2011-2012, and has
already been spotted by Naval observers coming from a direction visible from
the Southern Hemisphere.

Z confirmed that this is the Tenth Planet of our solar system, which takes
an extremely elliptical orbit,. He said it is the one of which Orientalist
scholar Zecharia Sitchin has written in his books decoding the Sumerian
tablets. These tablets also spoke of a Tenth Planet, with a 3600-year orbit
cycle. That planet, which they called Nibiru, is inhabited by the
extraterrerstrials who told the Sumerians that they bioengineered humans,
using Earth primate stock and extraterrestrial genes.

I commented to Z that perhaps then we will meet our makers in 2012, before
we later meet our Maker in 2030, (if a solution to the asteroid is not
worked out beforehand.)

I thanked Z for sharing the news, although it is weighty indeed. And after
he finished, I understood better the momentous concerns that some high in
government wrestle with, and why some in government feel that the people are
better off not knowing.

Nevertheless, I believe that information is our public right. And knowledge
is power.

Dr. Sternglass explains in the introduction to "Secret Fallout" why the
government went ahead given the health and genetic damage of radiation:

Marine Corps Times, March 5, 2001

In a neatly calculated "unveiling" of weapons designed for social control,
for use against civilians and the suppression of dissent, the Pentagon has
gone "transparent" with the latest in electronic weapons technology which
targets people.

At a selective press briefing for congressional and military leaders this
past March 1st, Pentagon officials stated that they were "developing a new
non-lethal weapon which uses electromagnetic energy to cause a burning
sensation on the skin." (Reuters, 3/1/01) The "biggest breakthrough in
weapons technology since the atomic bomb" is none other than the so-called
"Vehicle-Mounted Active Denial System" or VMADS.

According to the March 5th issue of the Marine Corps Times, (cited above) in
an article entitled, "The People Zapper: This New Secret Weapon Doesn't
Kill, But It Sure Does Burn"; the "VMADS system is the first non-lethal,
directed energy weapon designed specifically for use against humans." The
weapon "focuses energy into a beam of micromillimeter waves designed to stop
an individual in his tracks." Powered by electricity, it would ultimately
"be powered by the modified Humvee on which it would be mounted."


According to the Marine Corps Times report, the projected energy "which
falls near microwaves on the electromagnetic spectrum, causes the moisture
in a person's skin to heat up rapidly, creating a burning sensation, similar
to a hot light bulb pressed against one's flesh." The microwaves, "whose
exact length, frequency and amplitude are classified, cause water molecules
in the skin cells to vibrate." Presumably, "when used as directed--that is,
briefly--the weapon causes no long-term problems". Meanwhile, "the amount of
time the weapon must be trained on an individual to cause permanent damage
or death is classified."

Studies of long-term effects of "the VMADS system" have been completed,
according to the report, but "the findings have not been released publicly."
It should be noted that the Joint Chiefs of Staff major policy directive in
the area of non-lethal weapons, DoD Directive 3000.3, which is currently
under revision, calls for these weapons to have a built-in "rheostatic"
(i.e., "tunable") capability.


The Marine report states that, "the need for a nonlethal means for stopping
an aggressor is a direct response to today's world of unknown enemies.where
small numbers of troops find themselves facing off against large crowds of
civilians." And while "weapons that fire lasers, electricity and sound waves
have been in development for years", "not since the advent of gun-powder and
the splitting of the atom have armies seen such a leap in technology."

The range of the electromagnetic weapon "remains classified" but project
officials "expect it will exceed 750 meters" (2250') allowing the Marines to
"engage a crowd from afar, directing two-second bursts of energy without
risk of being overcome by the mob." The "mob", the target of the directed
beam, cooking in 130 degree heat, "would immediately experience intense
pain, causing confusion and driving the crowd to disperse." And while "the
intention is not to burn the skin", "those hit by the beam begin to feel
intense heat" during "potential applications" which include "urban
operations."

And finally, while "the Defense Department has spent nearly $40 million over
ten years to develop the technology...budget predictions from last
year...show another $26 million could be needed for development over the
next five years." The primary contractor for the current VMADS $16 million
project is Raytheon Missile Systems.


Deeper Unveiling


Turns out that while the Marines expect to be microwaving people, it was the
Air Force that developed the "technology" in the first place. On February
22, 2001 the United States Air Force Research Laboratory, located at
Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, issued it's own news release announcing
that "a breakthrough technology designed to project an energy beam that
drives away adversaries without injuring them, is now undergoing advanced
testing."

According to the Air Force, the projected energy "beam" travels "at the
speed of light" and penetrates "1/64 of a inch into the skin", rapidly
heating up the skin's surface, causing the "subject", within seconds, to
"feel pain that stops when the transmitter is shut off or when the subject
moves out of the beam."

According to the news release, the weapon was developed by two Air Force
Research Laboratory teams: one from it's Directed Energy Directorate at
Kirtland, the other from it's Human Effectiveness Directorate, located at
Brooks Air Force Base, Texas. The team leaders, Lt. Col. Chuck Beason and
Dr. Kirk Hackett noted, in reference to the new EM weapon, that "the effect
exploits a natural defense mechanism - pain - that has evolved to protect
the human body from damage."

The Air Force Research Laboratory-Directed Energy Directorate, in addition
to developing "high powered electromagnetic weapons and countermeasures"
also develops "moderate and high power laser devices".

In fact, recently (2/212/01), the public affairs office of the Airborne
Laser System Program Office, located at Kirtland, AFB, announced that
"Lockheed Martin Space Systems will open an $8 million, 16,000 square-foot
optical test center.designed to analyze the beam guidance system for the
U.S. Air Force's Airborne Laser, the world's first combat aircraft armed
with a directed energy weapon."

Meanwhile, the Space Vehicles Directorate - Air Force Research Laboratory,
"develops technologies to support evolving warfighter requirements to
control and exploit space."

This past November, Kirtland AFB was the sight of the 3rd Annual Directed
Energy Symposium entitled, Directed Energy for the 21st Century, presented
by the Directed Energy Professional Association, in cooperation with the
Office of the Secretary of Defense.

The VMADS system is currently being tested in field conditions by the Air
Force at Kirtland, AFB. At the New Mexico site, "they are using a
transmitter that sends a narrow beam of energy to a test subject hundreds of
yards away."

It is reassuring to note that "all testing is being conducted with strict
observance of the procedures, laws and regulations governing animal and
human experimentation". In addition, "the tests have been reviewed and
approved by the Air Force Surgeon General's Office and are conducted by the
Air Force Research Laboratory's Human Effectiveness Directorate." Finally,
"although testing is expected to
continue this summer (2001), ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
officials have begun examining the technology for use on a vehicle-mounted
version. Future versions might also be used on board planes and ships."

Col. George Fenton, director of the US Marine operated NLW program firmly
believes in the safety of this "revolutionary force protection technology."
He recently stated that "humans have been exposed more than 6,000 times in
testing, all inside the laboratory (and that) no long term effects have been
detected."

Given that track record, Fenton believes that "the technology could move
into the acquisition phase of making a prototype as soon as this summer
(2001), when the project would be taken over by the Air Force's Electronic
Systems Center at Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., near Boston."

Finally, on-cue, the New York Times joined in on the "unveiling", heralding
"what some military officials hope will become the rubber bullet of the 21st
century: a weapon that uses electromagnetic waves to disperse crowds without
killing, maiming or, military officials say, even injuring anyone slightly."

Not even slightly! After all, notes the Times, they are only "intended to
influence motivational behavior." According to free lance writer/researcher
David Guyatt, "less-than-lethal anti-personnel weapons, especially some
classes of EM weapons that are viewed as having a capability to remotely
modify behavior or attack higher functions, are seen in some influential
quarters as being the ideal remedy for future domestic disturbances...",
wherein, the forces of repression will target the opposition, "armed with
innovative technological weapons that do not necessarily kill but which
render disenfranchised segments of society physically inactive, emotionally
stupefied and incapable of meaningful thought."

Sound farfetched? Back in 1986, Marine Corps Captain Paul E. Tyler, author
of an influential study entitled, "The Electromagnetic Spectrum in
Low-Intensity Conflict"  was already making the point that "the potential
applications of artificial electromagnetic fields are wide ranging and can
be used in many military or quasi-military situations" including "crowd
control".

At that time he pointed out that although scientists hadn't identified
electromagnetism for what it really was until the eighteenth century, "the
results of many studies that have been published in the last few years
indicate that specific biological effects can be achieved by controlling the
various parameters of the electromagnetic (EM) field." And, further, "many
of the clinical effects of electromagnetic radiation (have) been reported in
the literature to induce or enhance the following effects
(including).electroanesthesia.behavior modification in animals, altered
electroencephalograms in animals and humans, altered brain morphology in
animals, altered firing of neuronal cells."


According to Capt. Tyler, "a 1982 Air Force review of biotechnology had this
to say: "Currently available data allow the projection that specially
generated radio frequency radiation (RFR) fields may pose powerful and
revolutionary antipersonnel military threats. Electroshock therapy indicates
the ability of induced electric current to completely interrupt mental
functioning for short periods of time, to obtain cognition for longer
periods and to restructure emotional response over prolonged intervals."

Further, "experience with electroshock therapy, RFR experiments and the
increasing understanding of the brain as an electrically mediated organ
suggested the serious probability that impressed electromagnetic fields can
be disruptive to purposeful behavior and may be capable of directing and or
interrogating such behavior", while "the passage of approximately 100
milliamperes through the myocardium can lead to cardiac standstill and
death, again pointing to a speed-of-light weapons effect."

Apollo X Gets Glimpse Of An Extraterrestrial Monolith In Space; Later A
Secret Military Space Shuttle Retrieves the Space Beacon

The following information was disclosed to me by a reliable confidential
informant, who previously worked on contract for the National Security
Agency, and maintains connections within the Intelligence community. This
informant, whom I shall call "Jesse", has over 40 years of notes from a very
close relative, who served as CIA liaison to the National Security Council
on UFO/ET matters. This information has been confirmed by a second source,
Dr. Michael Wolf of the National Security Council's unacknowledged
subcommittee, the MJ-12 Special Studies group. I have talked with Dr. Wolf
about the notes' author, Jesse's relative. Dr. Wolf said that that CIA
official "was like an uncle to me."

The reports which follow are thus not "leaks", but rather based on planned
releases of information. These releases are part of a public Acclimation
Program, an official though unacknowledged U.S. Government policy of
"processed release of information", as Dr. Wolf described it.

According to "Jesse", in 1969 the Apollo 10 astronauts Stafford, Cernan and
Young were the first to film an extraterrestrial space beacon, dubbed The
Monolith, somewhat like, but smaller than, the one in Arthur C. Clarke's
book/movie "2001". They were not, however, the first astronauts to spot this
ET beacon. The Monolith was first sighted by Russian cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin,
the first man in space, in 1961. He was followed into space that same year
by American astronaut Alan Shephard, who also sighted the beacon. Apollo 10
went to it, and filmed it from every angle.

The Monolith acted like a communication beacon. Jesse said, "It sort of acts
like the message received in the movie "Contact". It had a message on it, in
addition to a map of the extraterrestrial civilization which placed it
there], and how to get to them."

The Apollo 10 astronauts brought back the message captured on film. The
Monolith's energy affected Apollo 10's instrumentation, so that its crew
almost didn't get back. As soon as the film Apollo 10 took came back to
Earth, those Intelligence compartments which deal with UFOs were busy poring
over information from the Monolith.

The government then used an early secret military space shuttle to go get
the Monolith itself. This covert military spacecraft flew years before the
first "official" NASA Shuttle's public flights in 1981. The spaceplane is
operated by a secret military astronaut program out of Vandenburg Air Force
Base, California, among other locations. The second flight mission of this
unacknowledged military shuttle retrieved the Monolith, and brought it back
to Earth in 1972 for study.

After being retrieved, the Monolith was then transferred to a secret
research facility. Scientific analysis of the Monolith was conducted at this
domed underwater facility located north of Abaco, the northernmost of the
Bahamas Islands. RCA Corporation is in charge of that experimentation
research, Jesse says. Jesse stated, "They did it underwater, after they saw
people dropping like flies. They figured that there would be better
containment [of the Monolith's suspected cosmic energy emanations]
underwater."

He noted that the space beacon "has a sound to it, like it talks. It also
gives off a light show." Dr. Michael Wolf shed additional light on the
beacons. "They are 'postcards from the rim'. They emit both light and tone
signals, sending a mathematical language. There may be five or more ET
civilizations involved in setting up these beacons."

Among the scientists who worked on it were famed astronomer Dr. Carl Sagan,
U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command General William Stubblebine,
(ret.), National Security Council consultant Dr. Michael Wolf, and a former
division head of CIA. Everyone who had prolonged close physical contact with
the Monolith got cancer, Jesse says. "And those who tried to dissect it [the
Monolith] died right there on the spot." The CIA Counter-Intelligence
official and Dr. Wolf got colon cancer. The CIA man required surgery, but
Dr. Wolf's cancer later went into a spontaneous remission. Dr. Sagan
eventually died of his cancer.


Jesse also revealed a 1973 formula for gravity control, used by the military
to construct antigravity aerospace vehicles. He disclosed that noted quantum
physicist Jack Sarfatti was in a position to be familiar with this gravity
formula used by the government. Jesse observed, "With regard to Sarfatti, as
I can determine it [from the notes], he was on site doing work on the
relationship between downed UFO's and back-engineering, to the degree that
he assisted in the gravity makeup formulae."


The RAND Corporation (a CIA think tank) holds the key to the
[gravity-control] formulae." Jesse revealed. "Our Navy even set up the
United Earth Space Naval Forces. I believe this group to be in existence
today."

U.S. Government's old gravity-control formula:

In July of 1952 the world was electrified by large newspaper headlines and
photos of squadrons of UFOs flying repeatedly over the nation's Capital in
Washington, DC. Four months later WW II General Dwight Eisenhower was
elected President. The same month President Eisenhower took office (January,
1953), the CIA's Office of Scientific Intelligence (OSI) was ordered to
determine if UFOs were interstellar vehicles. OSI convened the Robertson
Panel of scientists, which recommended expansion of an Air Force study of
UFOs, Project Blue Book.

A year later, in April, 1954, as documented by Gerald Light, President
Eisenhower made a secret trip to Muroc Field (now Edwards Air Force Base),
in the California desert, accompanied by generals, reporter Franklin Allen
of the Hearst Newspapers Group, Los Angeles Catholic Bishop James McIntyre,
and others. The President had previously arranged to be in nearby Palm
Springs, CA, purportedly for a golfing vacation. He "was spirited over to
Muroc one night," while reporters were fed the cover story that the
President had a toothache and needed to see a dentist.

While at Muroc Air Field, Eisenhower was present while an extraterrestrial
disc landed. Several Star Visitors emerged to converse with the President
and the generals. The extraterrestrials requested that Eisenhower make the
public aware of extraterrestrial contact with Earth forthwith. The President
protested that humans were not ready, and needed time to be prepared for
adjusting to this stupendous reality.

By the end of the following month, May, 1954, President Eisenhower's CIA
Director, Walter Bedell Smith, Prince Bernhard of Netherlands, David
Rockefeller and other top world financiers, later-Secretary of State Dean
Rusk, later-British Minister of Defense Denis Healey, and other Western
power leaders convened the inaugural meeting of the Bilderberg Group, "a
means of Western collective management of the world order".  One of the
early items on the Bilderberg agenda was extraterrestrial contact.

Shortly after establishing itself, the Bilderberg Group collaborated with
the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), another international policy body
devoted to world management. They discussed the problem of adjusting
humankind to extraterrestrial presence. Bilderberg and CFR decided jointly
in the mid-1950s to enter into an arrangement with the extraterrestrials:
The ETs were given an island in French Polynesia as a base on Earth. This
arrangement afforded them an opportunity to monitor closely Earth cultures
and behavior; and it permitted Earth governments a way to monitor
extraterrestrial culture and behavior.

"It became an on-going experiment," as my former-NSA informant put it.

He added that when official public announcement of the extraterrestrial
presence occurs, "they will be the ones introduced to Earthlings; 'Oh, by
the way, we want to welcome our neighbors from the Pleiades, who by the way
have been here since [the beginning of Earth] time, but [are] actually
living in our place, date, space and time.'" "They are the diplomatic
corps."

Jesse reported that the U.S. particularly held out for many concessions
before agreeing to the arrangement. (He did not specify what those
concessions were, but history subsequent to 1954 suggests that what the U.S.
obtained was the lion's share of extraterrestrial scientist consultants, to
assist American scientists in understanding and adapting exotic ET
technologies into such devices we now know as the computer chip, fibre
optics, lasers, gene-splicing therapy, cloning, night-vision equipment,
super-tenacity fibers (such as Kevlar lightweight armor), aerospace
ceramics, Stealth technology, particle-beam devices, and gravity-control
flight.)

NSC's Dr. Michael Wolf has previously revealed in his book The Catchers of
Heaven that he worked with ETs as part of his governmental duties. "I met
with extraterrestrial individuals every day in my work, and shared living
quarters with them," while doing research at extremely- classified
underground government research laboratories. He added, "Zetas work in
underground facilities, as requested by the U.S. Government. The ETs are not
breaking the U.S. Government- Zeta treaties, but the Government has broken
treaties by mistreating ETs, and trying to fire on UFOs."

Wolf also disclosed that in 1954 the U.S. had four extraterrestrial corpses
in the "Blue Room", Hanger 18 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton,
Ohio. These bodies came from a series of retrievals of downed UFOs. "The
first UFO came down in 1941 into the ocean west of San Diego, and was
retrieved by the Navy." Between that and the first publicly-announced
Roswell UFO crash in 1947, Wolf says there was another crash in 1946, as
well as two other crashes in 1947.

The following additional revelation will permit you to ignore those Boeing
commercials and NASA press releases about how America currently is building
its own first manned space station. My ex-NSA informant revealed that there
has been a manned "deep space platform" in orbit above Earth for over thirty
years! "It [has] had three-man [American] crews as well as Russians 'on'
since '68!" He further states that since 1973, the space station received
additional extremely-high technology, "and has had upgrades since." His
disclosure confirms reports I had heard previously from former military
officers about a secret space platform in orbit.

This disclosure makes clear that the Cape Canaveral Space Shuttles launches,
and the "first" American space station being assembled by NASA', are just
government "cover" programs. Such programs have served to deflect the public
from becoming aware before now of the existence of a black-project military
space station, and of classified military craft which can go well past orbit
into deep space.

Jesse furnished me additional details about its operation. The space station
has been serviced by secret military spacecraft long before the first
American Space Shuttle flew in 1981. In 1988 previous models of spacefaring
military vehicles were superseded by the "Nautilus", a spacecraft with a
rounded delta shape built jointly by special projects divisions of Europe's
Airbus Industrie and U.S.'s Boeing Corporation. Nautilus has a propulsion
system which utilizes magnetic pulsing. Nautilus-type craft make
twice-weekly trips up into space and back, to service the secret
international space station. The Nautilus is based in Utah. My informant
would not identify the base, but said that it was positioned within a
mountain so stealthfully that you could drive by and never know it was
there. He also stated that the principal headquarters of the U.S. Space
Command has been relocated from Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado to this
underground installation in Utah.

Look for further significant disclosures in the weeks and months ahead, as
the current U.S. Administration tries to disentangle itself from 50 years of
Cold War secrecy. And as it does so, those who have felt all alone with
their personal experience of contact by Visitors from the stars, (who have
been deeply involved in our society and its evolution), should feel less
isolated.

national tattoo", by Martin Anderson:


"...there is an identification system made by the Hughes Aircraft Company
that you can't lose. It's the syringe implantable transponder. According to
promotional literature it is an "ingenious, safe, inexpensive, foolproof and
permanent method of ... identification using radio waves. A tiny microchip,
the size of a grain of rice, is simply placed under the skin. It is so
designed as to be injected simultaneously with a vaccination or alone."


How does it work? Well, the "chip contains a 10 character alphanumeric
identification code that is never duplicated. When a scanner is passed over
the chip, the scanner emits a 'beep' and your ... number flashes in the
scanner's digital display."


True, an implanted transponder can't yet hold anywhere near as much material
as a smart card. But if the desire is there, larger size implants and tiny
microchips could soon increase its storage capacity.


Of course, most Americans will find a surgically implanted government
microchip repugnant. At least for the foreseeable future, the use of this
ingenious device will be confined to its current use: the tracking of dogs,
cats, horses and cattle.


But there is no difference in principle between forced to carry a microchip
in a plastic card in your wallet or in a little pellet in your arm. The
principle that Big Brother has the right to track you is inherent in both.
The only difference is a layer of skin.

The size of an uncooked grain of rice, the silicon computer chip...When
inserted underneath the skin, this chip can link an individual to a computer
database, or it can track a person's location via satellite.
Sound impossible? Hardly. Microchip implants are in use as you read this.


Today, injecting a microchip into animals is routine.


Microchip pet identification -- technically known as radio frequency
identification (RFID) -- is available to pet owners nationwide.


The concept seems simple. A microchip encased in biomedical-grade glass and
imprinted with a unique, unalterable alpha-numeric code. Over 34 billion
individual code numbers are available.


Once implanted, the chip is virtually impossible to remove...even surgical
removal using advanced radiograph techniques is extremely difficult. This is
because fibrous tissue adheres to grooves in the glass surrounding the chip
to prevent migration of the chip...Since the chip operates with
low-frequency radio waves and does not contain a battery, it remains passive
with no parts to wear out.


...the tracking of microchips does occur. Hughes Missiles Systems Company
uses microchips to track aircraft and vehicles.


But what about tracking people? While the Global Positioning System can
track aircraft, there is a system of satellites in orbit right now that can
track microchips injected into humans. Dr. Carl Sanders, an engineer for 32
years and the designer of the Intelligence Manned Interface (IMI) biochip
for use in humans, told the "Monetary Economic Review" that "There are new
satellites going up (such as the) 66 satellites that Motorola is putting up
in conjunction with the Russians. These are low-orbiting satellites." He
explains that certain microchips can be picked up by satellite. "We used
this with military personnel in the Iraq war where they were actually
tracked using this particular type of device."


The concept of tracking children with microchips is already generating
interest. The Associated Press reports that Dr, Daniel Man, a plastic
surgeon in Miami, Florida could locate lost children or find Alzheimer's
victims...The device would emit a signal that could be monitored through a
cellular system, and possibly by satellite.


But is the microchip actually ready to be injected in large numbers of
people? ...the technology behind today's microchip is "fairly uncomplicated"
and with a little refinement could be used in a variety of human
applications.


Sematech in Austin, Tex., developed a computer chip in 1993 that is only
0.35 microns wide -- roughly 1/200th the size of a human hair.


Dr. Carl Sanders is especially concerned about Big Brother's exploitation of
the microchip. Sanders is an electronics engineer, inventor, author and
consultant with extensive background in designing surveillance equipment for
the CIA, FBI and the Customs Department in Atlanta. Although he worked on
designing the microchip years ago, he is now concerned that it will be misus
ed. On a tape he produced to explain his views on the microchip, Sanders
says: "Thirty-two years of my life was spent in design engineering with a
PhD in engineering, and electronic-designing microchips in the bio-med
field....Working on the microchip, we had no idea about it ever being an
identification chip. ..."


Sanders feels this chip may eventually used for life-long identification,
possibly against people's will. The government may have the legal right
authority to do this through the Immigration Control Act of 1986, which
gives the president the authority to implement whatever type of
identification is necessary to control the population. Sanders fears that a
SmartCard, invisible tattoo, or electronic microchip under the skin may be
used to enforce immigration laws. Currently there are several pending
measures before Congress calling for a social security card for immigrant
identification with a photo, fingerprint digitization, or bar code.


... The injectable microchip has been equated with the "Mark of the
Beast" -- a reference to a Biblical prophecy predicting that only those with
a mark on the right hand or forehead in the End times will be able to buy or
sell. (The supercomputer in Brussels handling worldwide bank clearings for
the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications is
nicknamed "The Beast.")

the number of our larger observation craft. As back-up, we have stationed a
series of special ships that we have not officially used for more than two
of your centuries.

We also have stationed a major command ship over central Australia and are
closely watching covert activities that emanate from an underground base
there. These vile tricks could easily cause a major earthquake in the
northern or southern regions of South or Central Asia. Moreover, there have
been attempted attacks upon your upper atmosphere that have included a
process to substantially weaken Earth's ozone layer. Many amateur radio
operators may notice occasional strange static conditions or sudden signal
band 'drifting'. These are our countermeasures in operation. The past week's
events are the first steps in this lone gang's most desperate plan.

world that will end this tyranny so that we may continue to progress as
